No guarantee of approval or funding

Submitting information, completing an assessment, or working with TTMN Solutions LLC does not guarantee approval, funding, a particular amount, rate, term, or other financial outcome. Availability, amounts, rates, terms, and fees vary based on applicant qualifications and provider requirements. Any options discussed with you are subject to those requirements and to the approval of the relevant provider.

Sharing your information with providers

By submitting the Business Options questionnaire, you understand and agree that the information you provide may be shared with selected third-party lenders, financing providers, or other relevant financial-service providers so that potential financing options can be evaluated.

Your information is not distributed automatically to providers the moment you submit a form. Our team reviews each submission first and determines which third-party provider or providers, if any, may be appropriate. Information is only shared after that review.

Once your information is shared with a third-party provider, that provider's own terms and privacy practices apply to how it handles your information.

How we are compensated

We do not charge applicants an upfront fee for submitting the questionnaire or for the initial review of their information.

If a client successfully obtains funding through our services, we are compensated by the client based on a percentage of the funded amount. We are not compensated by third-party lenders or providers.

Information you submit

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, bank login credentials, or other sensitive financial information through this website — our forms do not ask for them. How we handle the information you do submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Communicating with you

We may follow up by email about your inquiry where legally permitted and consistent with our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

We may contact you by telephone or text message about your inquiry, assessment, or potential options only if you have affirmatively opted in using the optional consent checkbox on the questionnaire. That checkbox is unchecked by default, and the form can be submitted without it. If you do not opt in, submitting the questionnaire is not treated as consent to receive calls or text messages.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the details below. To stop text messages specifically, reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Assessments

We do not offer an open free consultation. After you complete the questionnaire, we review your information. If we believe you may be a potential fit, we may invite you to a complimentary 15-minute assessment to discuss your profile and potential next steps. Completing the questionnaire does not entitle you to an assessment, and not everyone who submits one will be invited.
