Information you provide

We collect the information you enter into our forms. You choose what to submit, and you are not required to complete any form.

Business Options questionnaire

This questionnaire collects:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your business name and industry
• How long you have been in business
• Your average monthly business revenue
• The amount you are seeking

The revenue and amount fields are answered by selecting a range. We do not collect your personal credit score or credit range, and we do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or bank login credentials. We ask that you do not send them through this website.

The questionnaire also includes an optional checkbox asking whether you agree to be contacted by telephone or text message. That box is unchecked by default. We record your selection — whether you opted in or did not opt in — along with your submission, so that we know how you have asked us to contact you.

Contact form

The contact form on our homepage collects your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you write.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, review the details you provided, and contact you about your request. We may follow up by email about your inquiry where legally permitted and consistent with this policy.

We may contact you by telephone or text message about your inquiry, assessment, or potential options only if you have affirmatively opted in using the consent checkbox on the form. If you do not opt in, submitting the questionnaire is not treated as consent to receive calls or text messages, and we will not call or text you on that basis.

Assessments

We do not offer an open free consultation. After you complete the questionnaire, we review your information. If we believe you may be a potential fit, we may invite you to a complimentary 15-minute assessment to discuss your profile and potential next steps. Completing the questionnaire does not entitle you to an assessment, and not everyone who submits one will be invited.

How your information may be shared

When you submit the Business Options questionnaire, you understand and agree that the information you provide may be shared with selected third-party lenders, financing providers, or other relevant financial-service providers, so that potential business financing options can be evaluated.

Your information is not distributed automatically to providers the moment you submit a form. TTMN Solutions LLC reviews each submission manually first and determines which third-party provider or providers, if any, may be appropriate for your situation. Information is only shared after that review.

Once your information is shared with a third-party provider, that provider's own privacy practices apply to how it handles your information. We are not responsible for the practices of those providers.

Contacting us through the general contact form on our homepage does not, by itself, result in your information being shared with third-party providers.

How we are compensated

We do not charge applicants an upfront fee for submitting the questionnaire or for the initial review of their information.

If a client successfully obtains funding through our services, we are compensated by the client based on a percentage of the funded amount. We are not compensated by third-party lenders or providers.

Form processing

Form submissions are transmitted to and stored using a third-party form service, and each submission is emailed to us. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process the information on our behalf so that we can receive and respond to your inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

We use a website analytics service to understand how visitors use this site. We do not use this website to serve advertising.

How long we keep your information

Information submitted through this website may be retained for up to one year, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you or to stop sharing your information with third-party providers. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.

Stopping text messages

If you receive text messages from us and no longer wish to, reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of text messages does not stop us from contacting you by email or telephone about your inquiry — tell us if you would like us to stop those too.

If you have already been contacted by a third-party provider directly, you will need to contact that provider to make a request about the information it holds.
